Robust’s Poultry Operation Solution manages all the operations and business processes relating to the Poultry business, such as farms and their structure, house management, flock operations and management, and egg operations. It likewise manages and monitors the actual costs related to each operation to have full control and better decision-making through the JD Edwards system.
Solution Details
This Vertical Solution allows:
- Define different types of farms with various structures.
- Support many farms with different operation purposes, such as (breeder, layer, broiler).
- Define and assign different houses related to each farm, and assign flocks as well to each house, or the same flock to multiple houses.
- Monitor all operations related to the flocks and monitor all expenses related to each operation and its related business flow.
- Assign and segregate the duties and tasks to be performed across the team according to the different operations performed.
- Monitor the operations according to the Breed Catalogs and their standards regarding the disinfection, feeding, vaccination, and tests to control the productivity and compare the actual results with the budget once.
- Control the Veterinary follow-up of each flock and its results.
- Register the Mortality for each flock, control the mortality rate for each flock, as it will be used as an indicator to take a well-informed decision regarding the veterinary activities.
- Enter the weather information into the system and integrate with the BMS or EMS where it’s available.
- Integrate with PLCs and Relays of the Classification and scaling lines and read the actual weight, size, and defects automatically, and generate the inventory batches and packing lists accordingly.
- Manage all hatchery processes and their related expenses, which will enable the cost controller to reach the actual cost of each produced item (Bird, Egg).
